We do not accept workers compensation, auto insurance or Letters of Protection.

If you have medical insurance, please provide that information to our staff when you make your appointment. We will verify your eligibility and file a claim on your behalf.

Providing your insurance information in advance will help speed you through check in at the time of your appointment.

Copays, coinsurance and deductibles are due at the time of service. Not all services, even those most people consider routine, will be covered by every insurance plan. If you have questions about specific benefits, please contact your insurance carrier. Services not covered by your insurance plan are patient responsibility.

Texan Plus

Texan Plus department processes insurance claims, referrals, and authorizations for Texan Plus Insurance members who have MCA primary care physicians.
