Dr. Jefferies specializes in family medicine at Memorial Clinical Associates.
After receiving his bachelor’s of science degree at Oklahoma Baptist University, Shawnee, OK he went on to get his medical degree from University of Texas Health Sciences Center, Houston, TX. Dr. Jefferies completed his family practice residency at Memorial Hospital-Southwest. He was Chief Resident at Memorial Hermann Southwest, Houston in 1993-94. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
During his residency and time here at Memorial Clinical Associates he has become a member of the Harris County Medical Association, American Academy of Family Practice and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Jefferies’ strong interest in various family practice issues drives him to provide the best healthcare possible to his patients. He has a personal interest in preventative care and brings knowledge to the MCA team regarding acute ambulatory medicine and geriatrics.
His passion for family medicine and overall health of his patients is reflected in his own lifestyle. Dr. Jefferies enjoys active living by regularly playing tennis and enjoying other fitness activities. He is not only an asset to the MCA family but also has a medical mission in the field of Central America annually. |
