Memorial Clinical Associates, founded in 1989, is a full-service primary care health practice serving the Memorial, Katy and Spring Branch Communities. We offer exceptional care in the Heart of Memorial in Houston, Texas.

Our nurse practitioners are dedicated to serving our patients with a broad range of healthcare services. Nurse practitioners can care for both acute and chronic conditions through review of health history, physical exams, physical therapy, ordering tests and therapies for patients, within their designated scope of practice.

From Your Nurse Practitioner...

Deborah attended Odessa Jr. College, Department of Nursing in Odessa and then went on to get her bachelor’s of science degree at Texas Women’s University in Houston, TX. She received her MS and FN at Texas Women’s University as well. Deborah is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nursing and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses Certification.

During her time here at Memorial Clinical Associates she has become a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American Association of Critical Care Nursing, United States Air Force Reserve, 433d Medical Squad, Critical Care Transport Team, Task Force Dirdgo-Guatemala-Joint Services and Operation Walking Shield USAFR Humanitarian Mission.

Deborah Hodge’s strong interest in primary and preventative health care for all ages drives her to provide the best healthcare possible to her patients. She has a personal interest in women’s health issues, public health education and community participation. She actively participates at Brookwood Community.

Aprille attended Ryerson Polytechnic University, Toronto, Ontario for her bachelor’s of science in nursing. She received her MS and FNP at Texas Women’s University, Houston, TX. Aprille is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the Texas Board of Nurses.

During her time here at Memorial Clinical Associates she has become a member of the Houston Area Nurse Practitioners, American College of Nurse Practitioners and Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals

Aprille Marquez’s strong interest in primary and preventative health care for all ages drives her to provide the best healthcare possible to her patients. She has a personal interest in educating patients on accessing healthcare resources. She actively participates in medical mission voyages to Mexico and Kosovo.
